Workbench
The starting bench. Crafts basic weapons, ammo, gear and gadgets from scavenged materials.
Basic ammo (Light/Medium/Heavy/Shotgun), basic bandages, basic ARC-part recycling. Cannot be upgraded beyond Level 1 (permanently locked at L1).
Gunsmith
Weapon crafting and tier upgrades (I to IV), plus weapon mods and attachments.
Craft basic weapons (Ferro, Stitcher, Rattler, Kettle, Anvil etc.), Tier-1 weapon upgrades and basic mods.
Arpeggio burst rifle and other mid-tier weapons, Tier-2 weapon upgrades, better mods.
High-tier/endgame weapon blueprints and Tier-3 upgrades.
Gear Bench
Shields, augments and other wearable gear.
Light Shield, Tier-1 augments (backpacks).
Medium/Heavy Shield, Tier-2 augments.
Tier-3 / Epic augments and top shields.
Medical Lab
Bandages, medkits, shots and sprays.
Bandages, basic healing and shield recharger crafting.
Improved heals (e.g. Herbal Bandage / Medkit tier), better shield rechargers.
Advanced medical items and stims.
Explosives Bench
Grenades, mines and other explosive gadgets.
Refiner
Turns scavenged junk into the refined components every other Level 2+ upgrade needs.
Durable Cloth, Electrical Components, Mechanical Components, Crude Explosives.
Advanced Electrical Components, Advanced Mechanical Components, Antiseptic, ARC Circuitry, gun parts, Explosive Compound.
Highest refinement tier: rare/valuable materials (e.g. Synthesized Fuel, Laboratory Reagent, ARC Alloy from parts).
Utility Bench
Utility gadgets: traps, lures, tools and deployables.
Scrappy
Speranza's rooster mascot. Scrappy forages while you raid and hands over a bundle of materials after each extraction. Fruit and comfort items level him up.
Base foraging of basic materials.
More frequent/larger bundles.
Larger bundles.
Adds components/uncommon items to the pool.
Maximum passive yield.
Stash
Persistent storage in Speranza. Upgrades are paid in coins only; Expeditions grant permanent bonus slots.

Refiner Level 2 gates most other Level 2 upgrades. Level 3 costs need rare ARC drops (Sentinel Firing Cores, Bastion Cells, Bombardier Cells, Rocketeer Drivers).
